Mosca 1983
Nato a Mosca nel 1983, Tim Parchikov vive e lavora a Parigi. Si è formato alla Scuola di Cinematografia di Mosca (VGIK), dove ha concluso gli studi nel 2007, sviluppando uno stile che fonde estetica cinematografica e fotografia contemporanea. Nel corso della sua carriera ha esposto in prestigiose istituzioni internazionali, tra cui il Multimedia Art Museum e il MMOMA di Mosca, la Maison Européenne de la Photographie di Parigi, il Centro Pompidou e la Hayward Gallery di Londra. Ha partecipato ad importanti rassegne globali come la Biennale di Venezia (2011), la Biennale di Chengdu (2026) e il Lianzhou Foto Festival in Cina. Le sue opere sono incluse in rilevanti collezioni pubbliche e private, tra cui la Galleria Tretyakov di Mosca, il Museo di Belle Arti di Bilbao e la Caixa Art Collection.
